If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return FREE OF CHARGE! (no cost for you),
any item in its original condition within 7 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

It's That Simple!

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just
a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department.

Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized
(by a jeweler other than Dejano), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with no Dejano return code, and packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt.

1. Please read the information on the back of your original shipping document and enclose it with your
purchase (in the original packaging if possible), or if you do not have your original shipping document,
please print and complete the return purchase form. If you are unable to print this form, please provide
us with your name, address, phone number and order number on a separate piece of paper.

2. Call customer service at 1-877-335-2662 to obtain a return authorization number and a UPS return label.
You will receive this label via e-mail.

3. Pack items to be returned and include your shipping document (or return purchase form).

4. Make arrangements with UPS to have your package delivered (either drop it off at a UPS location or
arrange with them to have it picked up at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule or call 1-800-PICK-UPS).
