Shipments usually arrive within five to seven business days.

•UPS 2nd Day Air ®
Dejano.com offers you FREE Shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air ® on all orders
over $500. Shipments usually arrive within two to three business days.

•UPS Next Day Air®
Dejano.com offers you the option to have your order shipped by UPS Next Day Air®
shipping for a fee of $21.95. Shipments usually arrive within one to three business days.
*All orders are shipped pending credit approval.

•Saturday Delivery
Dejano.com offers you the option to have your order shipped via UPS Saturday Delivery
Shipping for a fee of $39.95. All orders are shipped pending credit approval. Please note
that with this service, Dejano.com will only ship orders for Saturday arrival.

Signature Requirements For Delivery
If your delivery is over $1,000 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from
UPS®. If your delivery is under $1,000 and shipped UPS Next Day Air®, UPS® may require a signature.
These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a UPS® location call
one of our customer service agents at 877-335-2662.

Since jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to
help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion,
or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.

Signature
For your security, high value orders may require a signature to be delivered. If you cannot be
available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your
package will be available at the designated shipping address.

e-mail notification
You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation
of shipment and a tracking number. For Security reasons, Dejano.com ships to street addresses only.

PO Boxes
We will ship to PO Boxes or similar addresses only when paid by a bank money transfer.
Please be aware, while all material shipped is insure to the full value of the product, you will be
the sole responsible if, and for any situation that may rise.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers for
additional information as required.

In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed
the reason for the delay. Your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 10 business days.
Tracking Your Order

you will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of
shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it
